Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or access, they are generally deemed "used" after download or opening. Accordingly, we strictly adhere to a no-return and no-refund policy except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Digital Nature of Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., software, templates, memberships, or digital downloads) are final. Since these items cannot be physically returned, they are not eligible for a return in the traditional sense.

Technical Issues & Assistance

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience technical issues such as:

  • A corrupted file

  • A broken download link

  • Incompatibility that was not stated in the product description

Please contact us immediately at support@linkfixed.com. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide a working version of the digital product, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content, this right expires once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a technical failure or a valid EU withdrawal (prior to download), the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed downloads or accessed digital content.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Products purchased using a discount code.
