Please review your order carefully before submitting, as digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been generated.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

Unlike physical goods, our products are delivered digitally. Delivery is considered complete when:

  1. The download link is sent to your provided email address; or

  2. The digital content is made available in your account dashboard. Link Fixed is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the user or technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., mail filters or connectivity issues).

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital products, including but not limited to software, templates, images, and text, are the intellectual property of Link Fixed. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our digital products without express written consent.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Link Fixed is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is a third-party service provider and is not responsible for the content or performance of the digital products sold by Link Fixed.

SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
